Migrate macOS Mail to a new Mac

Install partial-emlx-converter.

Run:

partial-emlx-converter old:~/Library/Mail/V*/$ACCOUNT/*.mbox tmp.mbox

Do ‘‘File > Import Mailbox’’ for each of the mailboxes.

• Note: ‘‘Export Mailbox’’ does not work. It will crash after exporting after 2GB.

• Note: Copying the entire ~/Library/Mail directory to the new machine does not work.
